1. PROCEDURE OF DELIVERY
   1. The order is accepted for processing only after full payment of the order.
   2. Please specify the delivery address as accurately as possible in the fields provided for this purpose. Please do not forget to give the courier important information (door code, office number, etc.). Due to an incorrect address, the delivery time may be extended.
   3. When filling in the delivery address, it is necessary to indicate a telephone number by which the courier can contact the delivery recipients. Due to an incorrectly specified phone number, the delivery period may be extended.
   4. Orders accepted on working days between 00:00 and 15:00 are processed and delivered to the courier on the same day.
   5. Orders accepted on working days after 15:00 are processed the same day and delivered to the courier on the next working day.
   6. If the order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed and delivered to the courier on the next working day.
   7. At the time of delivery, the courier has the right to ask for an identity document (passport or ID card) to confirm the identity of the recipient of the order.
2. DELAY TERMS AND FEE
   1. All orders over EUR 30.00 from the GRENARDI online store are delivered free of charge throughout the territory of Latvia.
   2. Orders below EUR 30.00 are subject to a delivery fee of EUR 2.50.
   3. The scheduled delivery of the order takes place within 2 working days after the payment of the order, but depends on the chosen delivery method.
   4. All GRENARDI products are insured and you don't have to worry about delivery safety or other risks.
3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
   1. When concluding a distance contract, i.e. when making a purchase in the Grenardi online store, you can use the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the product. The right of refusal does not apply to legal entities.
   2. You have the right to try the product in question during the exercise of the right of withdrawal to make sure that it meets your needs and wishes, without removing or damaging the price and proof marks. Remember that during the period of exercising the right of refusal, you have the right to use the product to the extent necessary for testing the product (exactly to the extent that it could be done before purchasing the product in a regular store).
   3. If the product was purchased during special promotion (example: buy 1 product, get 2nd for free; buy 1 product, get 2nd with certain discount), customer is obliged to return product in the same value / combination as it was purchased. If promotion considered purchase of several products, customer must return all purchased items.
   4. The beginning of the right of withdrawal period is counted as follows: if the product is ordered - from the day the product was delivered to the consumer; if several items are ordered in one order, which are delivered separately, - from the day when the last ordered item was delivered to the consumer; if a product consisting of several batches or parts is delivered, - from the day when the last batch or part of the ordered product was delivered to the consumer.
   5. The return application is accepted from the moment of filling out the return form, for which you receive confirmation in the specified e-mail.
   6. The product can be returned within 14 days in all Grenardi stores, or by sending the product by post (SIA "Grenardi Latvia", Delu iela 2, Riga, LV-1004, Latvia) together with the purchase documents and packaging received at the time of delivery. Grenardi does not cover the return postage.
   7. Yes, within 14 days after the cancellation request, we have not received the product you have canceled, then the cancellation request is cancelled.
   8. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the use of the product that exceeds the intended purpose of testing the product, for the use of the product during the period of use of the right of withdrawal that is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as well as for the decrease in the value, quality and safety of the product.< /li>
   9. If you use the right of refusal, the online store Grenardi is obliged to refund the money to the same bank account from which it was sent as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the day we received the returned item and verified its quality. paid for the item in question.
   10. In case of returning the order, the delivery fee of the order is not returned.
