When you receive remotely purchased jewelry, it often happens that it does not fit you, or you need a different size. We understand and accept it without objection.

We have simplified the return process. You can return jewelry free of charge at any GRENARDI store or send it via Omniva parcel machine using the return code received by SMS. Orders delivered by DPD can be returned free of charge at any GRENARDI store or sent back to the GRENARDI office (shipping costs are covered by the customer).

The money is returned the same day we receive the product.

Latvijas, Lietuvas un Igaunijas teritorijā preču piegāde notiek 2 darba dienu laikā. Pārējā ES teritorijā 3-4 darba dienu laikā.

Ja atrodaties ārpus ES, Jums jārēķinās, ka saņemot sūtījumu, par to būs jāmaksā nodokļi un nodevas, atbilstoši tās valsts nodokļu politikai, kurā vēlaties saņemt preci.

Returns We hope that you are happy with your chosen piece of jewelry. However, if the jewelry does not fit, is not the same as on picture, or you just do not like it, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To return the product, send it by courier to the web shop office or simply bring it to any of the Given shops. Refund is done the same day the product is delivered to Given.
