1. PRODUCT DISTRIBUTOR:
1.1. SIA “Grenardi Latvia”, registration No. 50003474971, legal address: Dēļu iela 2, Rīga, LV-1004, Latvia.
2. LOTTERY ORGANIZER:
2.1. SIA “SOMESE Baltic”, registration No. 40103207278, legal address: Ernestīnes iela 12, Rīga, LV-1083, Latvia.
3. LOTTERY TERRITORY:
3.1. The lottery takes place in all GRENARDI salons and the online store www.grenardi.lv throughout the territory of the Republic of Latvia.
4. LOTTERY PERIOD:
4.1. The purchase and registration period is from July 1 to July 31, 2025.
4.2. The lottery period is from July 1 to August 6, 2025.
4.3. The winner will be drawn on August 4, 2025, at 11:00.
4.4. The winner will be announced on www.grenardi.lv by August 6, 2025.
4.5. The prize can be claimed until August 22, 2025.
4.6. Participants can submit complaints about the lottery until August 29, 2025.
5. PRIZE:
5.1. The prize fund consists of 1 (one) prize: a Giorgio Visconti necklace from the ANTOLOGIE collection.
5.2. The prize value is 2325.00 EUR.
6. PARTICIPATION RULES:
6.1. Any individual may participate.
6.2. To participate, between July 1 and July 31, 2025, buy any Giorgio Visconti jewelry piece from a GRENARDI salon or www.grenardi.lv.
6.3. After a qualifying purchase:
6.3.1. If purchased in-store, register at www.grenardi.lv with your name, purchase document number, and phone number.
6.3.2. If purchased online, mark your consent to enter the lottery during the final checkout step; the system will automatically register your name, purchase number, and phone.
6.4. Save the original purchase receipt showing product, date, location, and document number until August 29, 2025. This serves as proof of valid participation.
6.5. Only correctly completed registrations are eligible.
6.6. One participant can register multiple times with new qualifying purchases.
6.7. All unique purchase numbers will participate in the draw. Duplicate entries will be deleted.
6.8. The organizer may deny awarding the prize if:
- The purchase does not meet the rules.
- The same receipt number is registered more than once.
- The receipt number is manipulated with similar symbols or additions.
- Another number (not the receipt number) is registered.
- The receipt does not clearly show qualifying purchase.
6.9. The organizer is not responsible for:
- Any losses from purchasing or claiming the prize.
- Errors due to incorrect data submission.
- Technical issues affecting registration.
6.10. By entering, the participant agrees to data processing by SIA “Grenardi Latvia” and SIA “SOMESE Baltic” for registration, winner determination, communication, and archiving for 5 years as per Latvian law.
7. EXPECTED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:
7.1. Estimated: 100 participants. Therefore, each has a 1 in 100 chance of winning.
8. PARTICIPANT CONTRIBUTION:
8.1. Registration at www.grenardi.lv is free. Consent to enter must be given when purchasing online.
9. WINNER SELECTION:
9.1. The winner will be chosen at random from valid registrations using software.
9.2. The draw will occur at the GRENARDI salon in the SPICE shopping center, Lielirbes iela 29, Rīga, with a supervisory official present.
9.3. One winner and two backup winners will be drawn.
10. PRIZE CLAIMING:
10.1. The winner must contact the organizer by August 18, 2025, via [email protected] or +371 27274858 (10:00–17:00 on weekdays) to show the winning receipt and choose a pickup location.
10.2. The prize can be collected at a chosen GRENARDI salon by August 22, 2025, with ID (passport or ID card).
10.3. Upon receipt, the winner must fill out a prize acceptance form including full name and ID number for tax declaration purposes.
10.4. The prize will not be sent by mail, courier, or parcel terminal, nor paid in cash or exchanged for other goods or services.
10.5. If unclaimed by August 22, the prize will go to a backup winner, who must claim it by August 29, 2025. If unclaimed, the prize remains the property of SIA “Grenardi Latvia”.
11. COMPLAINTS:
11.1. Complaints must be submitted in writing to SIA “SOMESE Baltic”, Ernestīnes iela 12, Rīga, LV-1083, or by email with an electronic signature to [email protected].
11.2. All complaints will be reviewed within 15 working days of receipt.
12. PARTICIPATION RESTRICTIONS:
12.1. Employees of SIA “Grenardi Latvia” and SIA “SOMESE Baltic” may not participate.
12.2. Winners confirm by signature that they are not employees. If a restriction is violated, the prize remains the property of SIA “Grenardi Latvia”.
13. FINAL PROVISIONS:
13.1. Official rules approved by the Lotteries and Gambling Supervision Inspection are available at www.grenardi.lv.
